All The Lostlings pieces are made by hand art and items are expected to have variations and imperfections, but when it comes to your order, we pride ourselves on living up to your standards. All of our products are made specifically for you and for that reason, all sales are final. We've included multiple photos to make sure you feel confident when ordering.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email hello@thelostlings.com within (3) days of receipt. We are more than happy to fix this for you!
